Platform Overview

How Instapay Will Work

The following describes the planned user experience for the Instapay platform. These features are not currently available. All services are subject to partner, bank, compliance, and regulatory approval before launch.

Step 01

Create an Account

When Instapay becomes available, users will be able to create an account by providing accurate personal information. All information submitted during account creation will be used in accordance with Instapay's privacy policy and applicable identity verification requirements. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in account denial or termination.

Step 02

Verify Your Identity

Identity verification will be required before any real-money features become accessible. This process — commonly known as Know Your Customer (KYC) — is a regulatory requirement designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, and unauthorized account activity. Users who do not complete identity verification will not have access to payment or transfer features.

Step 03

Link a Bank Account

Future users may be able to link an external bank account through a secure, read-only bank-linking provider. This connection would allow Instapay to verify account ownership and facilitate fund transfers. Bank account linking is subject to partner approval, applicable regulatory requirements, and Instapay's terms of service. Not all bank accounts or institutions may be supported.

Step 04

Add or Withdraw Funds

Once the platform is approved and launched, users may be able to add funds from a linked bank account or withdraw funds back to one. All funding and withdrawal activity will be subject to partner bank approval, transaction limits, risk review, and service availability. Instapay does not currently hold or process any customer funds. Future fund movement will be handled through approved partner financial institutions.

Step 05

Send Payments to Verified Users

Person-to-person payment transfers may be available in the future between eligible, verified Instapay users. Transfers will only be permitted between users who have completed identity verification and meet all eligibility requirements. Instapay reserves the right to set limits on transfer amounts, frequency, and eligible recipients. No P2P transfers are currently available.

Step 06

Safety Review

To protect users and maintain compliance with applicable laws, some transactions may be subject to additional review. Transfers may be delayed, blocked, reversed, or flagged for investigation based on fraud detection, compliance screening, legal obligations, or security concerns. Instapay will cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities as required. Users are responsible for ensuring their activity complies with all applicable laws and Instapay's terms of service.

Important Disclosure
