Instapay is not a bank or financial institution. No real-money transfers are currently available. All future payment and banking services will be offered through Instapay's approved partner financial institutions. Product availability is subject to partner agreements, bank sponsorship, Plaid integration, and applicable regulatory and compliance approvals.
Instapay, Inc. is not a bank, credit union, or licensed money transmitter. Instapay does not hold, transmit, or manage customer funds. Any future financial services offered through the Instapay platform are intended to be provided by and through regulated partner financial institutions, subject to partner agreements and applicable approval. Instapay will act as a technology platform connecting users to those partner institutions.
As of the date of this disclosure, Instapay does not offer any financial products or services, including but not limited to: payment processing, money transmission, bank accounts, debit or credit products, or any form of lending. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide financial services.
Instapay is currently in the process of pursuing the approvals, partnerships, and integrations required to operate a compliant payments platform. This includes, but is not limited to: sponsor bank agreements, Plaid data access agreements, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) program development, Know Your Customer (KYC) process implementation, and review by applicable state and federal regulatory bodies. Launch of any financial services is contingent upon successful completion of all required approvals.
Future banking and payment services on the Instapay platform are intended to be provided through one or more approved partner financial institutions, subject to partner agreements and applicable regulatory approval. Instapay will disclose the identity of its partner institutions upon launch and as required by applicable law. Banking and payment services are subject to approval and are not currently available.
Instapay intends to use Plaid Technologies, Inc. to facilitate secure, read-only bank account verification for its users. This integration is currently pending Plaid's review and approval. Instapay's use of Plaid is subject to Plaid's terms of service and applicable data privacy regulations.
Joining the Instapay waitlist does not create a financial account, establish a banking or payment relationship, or guarantee access to any future services. Waitlist participants will be contacted with updates on Instapay's development and approval progress. Instapay reserves the right to modify or discontinue its planned services at any time.
