This Electronic Communications Consent ("Consent") describes how Instapay delivers disclosures, notices, agreements, and other communications to you electronically. Please read this Consent carefully. By using the Instapay platform or joining the waitlist, you agree to the terms of this Consent.

Electronic communications covered by this consent include, but are not limited to: • These Terms of Electronic Communications Consent • Terms of Service and any updates or amendments • Privacy Policy and any updates or amendments • Account registration confirmations and updates • Identity verification notices and requests • Security alerts and notifications of suspicious activity • Support responses and case updates • Notices of changes to fees, limits, or platform features • Legal and regulatory disclosures required by applicable law • Any future financial service agreements, statements, or transaction records • Notices of account suspension, restriction, or closure Instapay may add additional types of electronic communications as the platform develops.

3. Hardware and Software Requirements

To receive and access electronic communications from Instapay, you will need: • A device capable of accessing the internet (computer, smartphone, or tablet) • A current, supported web browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) • A valid, active email address that you check regularly • Sufficient storage to save or print electronic communications • Software capable of opening PDF documents (for certain disclosures) You are responsible for keeping your hardware and software up to date. If your ability to receive electronic communications changes, please update your contact information with Instapay promptly.

4. Paper Copies

You have the right to request a paper copy of any electronic communication we have sent you. To request a paper copy, contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Paper Copy Request" and describe the communication you are requesting. Instapay reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for paper copies, which will be disclosed to you before fulfilling the request. We will not charge a fee for paper copies of communications that applicable law requires us to provide free of charge.

6. Updating Contact Information

You are responsible for keeping your email address and other contact information current and accurate. If your email address changes, you must update it in your Instapay account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Instapay is not responsible for any failure to receive electronic communications resulting from an outdated or inaccurate email address or other contact information on file.
